We are one of the oldest Congregations in Northern Maintoba, and our Hitstory is vast.
We are Honoured and blessed to be part of the Anglican Church of Canada. Christ Church is one of 3 Anglican Churches, located in our area.
We became part of the in 1929, and are pleased to also be a part of The Pas Deanery.
Christ Church of The Pas was founded in 1840, and is the first Church of the Devon Mission, by Rev. Henry Budd sr.(d. Apr 2, 1875).
The 3 churches, that became the heart of the Devon Mission, are Christ Church (The Pas Manitoba), Church of the Redeemer (Big Eddy), and Church of the Messiah (Opaskwayak Cree Nation).
Our current church building is the second home on this same location, and it has been in use since 1896, along with many of the original furnishings from from 1840s'.

Today, we continue to serve the community of The Pas, and surrounding area. We do this, by remaining faithful servants, being rooted in our rich heritage of peace, and share the true love of God with all we meet.
We hold Services on Sundays, and Tuesdays. We use the Book of Common Praise (BCP), as well as the Book of Alternative Services (BAS).
We hold 2 worship services each Sunday:
The first service follows, The Book of Common Praise (BCP) and is a Eucharist Service
The second service follows, The Book of Alternative Service (BAS)
Please join us for worship.
We hold Bible Studies on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday Afternoons from 1:30 to 3:30, and Thursday mornings at 7:00am in the A&W Community Room. We also have many more community, and church based activities.
